I really wanted this to work, but it ended up upsetting my stomach quickly. i feel like I wasted my time and energy even trying to make it work. Definitely won’t be buying it again.

I ordered from osmonutrition.com and my package did show up in good shape, so that part was fine. I just kept wondering if something was going on because the tracking barely updated for a few days. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but it felt slower than I expected. Not a bad experience overall, just not as quick as I thought it would be.

I ordered some drink mix and sodium packets, but when the box showed up it had the wrong flavor and one of the items was missing. The packing slip even had the right stuff listed, so I dont really understand how it got mixed up. I emailed support and have been waiting, but I still havent gotten a fix. Annoying when Im ordering this for training.

I picked this up from osmonutrition.com because I was hoping it might help with electrolyte stuff on longer rides, especially when I’m out for a while and start feeling a little drained.

The taste was fine, I guess, not amazing, not terrible. But after trying it a handful of times, I still felt kind of off and a bit crampy, so it didn’t really seem to make a big difference for me. Maybe it works better for some people, just not in my case.
Shipping was normal and the website was easy enough to use, so no complaints there. I just expected a little more for the price, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Osmo Nutrition does seem like a real brand, and to be fair, the website feels trustworthy overall. The product info is laid out clearly, which I appreciated. That said, it was a little annoying not being able to find more about the company or see customer reviews all in one place. Nothing screamed sketchy or anything, but it also didn’t give me quite enough to feel fully confident. I’d probably order again if I already knew exactly what I wanted, but I’d still like a bit more reassurance.

I tried this on a few long rides, I still ended up feeling thirsty and even got cramps. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just wasn’t worth buying again.

I’ve used subscription services like this before and usually they’re straightforward, but this one was frustrating. My reorder showed up wrong, and trying to deal with the subscription was more annoying than it should’ve been. Canceling wasn’t clear at all, and I still ended up getting charged anyway. After that experience, I won’t be using them again.

I gave this a shot for a few runs and a couple gym days, but it just wasn’t for me. My stomach felt kind of off each time, and I still hit that mid-workout crash like usual. Weirdly, I remember the bottle making this tiny squeaky sound every time I opened it, which is probably the most memorable part of using it. Overall, I didn’t notice any real boost.

The products themselves are fine, no real complaints there. But support took way too long to reply when I had a simple question. I even sent a follow-up and still ended up waiting days. i already had a feeling their customer service might be slow, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying when you’re trying to get a quick answer.

The box showed up a little dented and the seal looked kind of loose, but it wasn’t like nothing spilled or got ruined. The product itself was fine, I just would’ve liked the packaging to feel a bit sturdier.

I was hoping this would be a bit cleaner, but the ingredient list just didn’t sit right with me. there were too many sweeteners, flavors, and random extras for what I was looking for. The taste was okay, not terrible, but after using it a few times I didn’t feel great. For the price, I expected better quality ingredients. probably won’t buy it again...

The ingredients seem fine, but the taste is just a little off for me. It’s not bad, i just feel like the formula could be better.

The flavor options are limited, and the one I tried just tasted kind of weird to me. I couldn’t finish it. Might work for someone else, but it wasn’t for me...

I gave Osmo a try on my longer rides because I was hoping it would be one of those things that just kind of keeps you going, you know, a little more steady energy, less of that mid-ride slump. But i kept waiting to notice a difference and just… didn’t.
I still hit that tired point about halfway through, legs getting heavy, brain doing the usual “why are we still doing this” thing. The taste was fine, not amazing, not bad, just okay, but for the price I was expecting it to feel more useful than it did.

Maybe it works great for other people and my body just didn’t care, who knows. But for me, it didn’t really help with endurance or energy, so I probably won’t buy it again

I tried it and it was just kind of way too sugary for my taste. Felt like there were a lot of calories in it too, so I probably wouldn’t grab it again

I’ve used a few different protein powders, and this one tasted stale right when it arrived. Maybe other people got fresher batches, but compared to the ones I usually buy, this was definitely disappointing.

I tried osmonutrition the other day, or maybe it was earlier last week but either way the mixability just wasn’t good for me. I shook it for what felt like forever, stopped, shook it again, and still ended up with clumps stuck to the bottle and powder sitting at the bottom.
The texture is what really bothered me. It came out gritty and chalky instead of smooth, and I kind of had to force myself to finish it, though I don’t even remember if I actually did. Not something I’d buy again

I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, but after using it I did feel a little less sore than usual. Could be timing, could be the product, but either way my legs weren’t yelling at me quite as much the next day. The only thing is the price, it’s a bit much for me, so I’m not sure I’d buy it all the time. Maybe for tougher weeks or after a big workout.
